4Session Booking Data

When you book via the gateway, we collect detailed information regarding your group size and learning objectives. This data is used to:

• Ensure safe capacity management within our learning zones
• Prepare specific resources (Setbook summaries, heritage guides, or scientific kits)
• Enable accurate billing and invoicing for educational institutions

5Newsletter & Communication
