3Session, Performance & Visit Terms
By booking a session or performance through our platform, you agree to the following conditions:
- Bookings: All school and group visits must be pre-booked and confirmed via our digital gateway. Walk-in visitors are subject to availability and current performance schedules.
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate details including the name of the institution, number of students/group members, and preferred sets or learning modules.
- Supervision: For school visits, a minimum ratio of one (1) teacher or guardian per fifteen (15) students is required. Guardians are responsible for student conduct at all times.
- Safety & Conduct: All visitors must adhere to the Centre’s safety guidelines, theatre etiquette during setbook performances, and instructions from our facilitators.
- Resource Respect: Visitors must not interfere with, handle, or damage stage props, heritage exhibits, or scientific equipment without explicit instruction from a Centre guide.
- Restricted Areas: Entry into restricted zones — including control booths, backstage dressing rooms, and technical storage — is strictly prohibited unless part of an authorized tour.
- Photography & IP: Personal photography is permitted in general zones. However, the recording of live Setbook performances (video or audio) is strictly prohibited to protect intellectual property and performance rights.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: Institutions must notify us at least 48 hours in advance for rescheduling. Refunds for cancelled bookings are subject to our refund policy and processing fees.
- Liability: Tripper CBC Learners takes all reasonable precautions for visitor safety. However, visitors enter the premises at their own risk. The Centre shall not be liable for loss or injury arising from failure to follow safety protocols.
